Terms of Service
Welcome to Blue Ambrosia LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our wall design services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Blue Ambrosia LLC offers wall design services, including consultation, design concepts, and execution as agreed upon in written proposals or contracts.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are based on the information you share and are valid for a limited time as specified in the quote. Final costs may vary depending on changes to project scope, materials, or client requests.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details, images, and materials as needed.
  • Ensure all images, designs, or materials supplied by the Client are owned by the Client or that the Client has proper authorization to use them.
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid delays.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • Any original designs created by Blue Ambrosia LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients may use the final purchased design(s) solely for their intended personal or business use.
  • Blue Ambrosia LLC is not liable for copyright violations arising from images, designs, or materials provided by the Client. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper rights and licenses.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or contract.
  • Work may be paused or withheld until payment obligations are met.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blue Ambrosia LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control, including third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered and costs incurred up to the termination date. No refunds are provided.

8. Privacy

We collect and use personal data solely to provide quotes and communication related to our wall design services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, in which Blue Ambrosia LLC is registered.
